"Crypto Assets" refers to Bitcoin (BTC), Tether USDT, and any other digital currency accepted by 2jbeat as a deposit or withdrawal method. "Fiat Payment Methods" refers to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast, which are accepted alongside crypto assets.

To register and maintain an active account on 2jbeat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 2jbeat strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and consent to age verification checks.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking contractual capacity are not permitted to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 2jbeat. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request that you have submitted through the 2jbeat responsible gaming tools.

2jbeat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified to 2jbeat's satisfaction may be suspended pending the outcome of verification, and withdrawals may be withheld until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 2jbeat account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 2jbeat strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified 2jbeat of a security breach in accordance with the procedure below.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately contact 2jbeat support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 2jbeat will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period to prevent further unauthorised activity.

• Password Requirements: Your password must be at least eight characters long and must not be the same as your username or email address.
• Session Responsibility: Always log out of your 2jbeat account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Phishing Awareness: 2jbeat will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

2jbeat accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the 2jbeat cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet that is held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or anonymous sources may be declined and the funds returned where technically possible. 2jbeat reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.

• Crypto Deposits: Bitcoin and USDT deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations, typically within 10–30 minutes for Bitcoin and 2–5 minutes for USDT TRC-20.
• Local Method Deposits: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are generally credited instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan, and Raast may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 24 hours. USDT withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated in the 2jbeat cashier. Withdrawal requests exceeding standard limits may be subject to enhanced verification.
• Currency Conversion: If you deposit in PKR via a local method and request a withdrawal in USDT, or vice versa, 2jbeat will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate risk is borne by the Player.

2jbeat does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. For crypto withdrawals, network gas or transaction fees may be deducted from the withdrawal amount at the prevailing network rate.

2jbeat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotional offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 2jbeat promotional offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the offer terms and displayed on your 2jbeat account dashboard.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games and certain crash games may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contribution rates are listed in the individual offer terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issuance. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered through the required number of times before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Transaction: Only one bonus may be claimed per eligible deposit unless a specific promotion explicitly permits multiple concurrent bonuses.
• Abuse: 2jbeat actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to irregular betting patterns, low-risk hedging strategies, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Any account found to be abusing bonus offers will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and the account may be suspended.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. 2jbeat reserves the right to exclude any player from promotional offers at its sole discretion.

All casino games available on 2jbeat are supplied by licensed third-party software providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available from the game provider and may be accessed through the individual game information panels within the 2jbeat lobby.

For sports betting, 2jbeat publishes odds for pre-match and in-play events including PSL cricket, international cricket fixtures, football, tennis, UFC, and other sports. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. Bets accepted at a specific odds value will be settled at that odds value regardless of subsequent market movements, except in cases of manifest error.

• Manifest Error: If a bet is accepted due to an obvious pricing error or technical fault, 2jbeat reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Result Disputes: The official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL cricket) shall be used for settlement. 2jbeat's decision on disputed results is final and binding.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction or interruption, 2jbeat will make all reasonable efforts to restore the session. Where restoration is not possible, the stake for the interrupted round will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-bet payout limits apply and are stated in the 2jbeat sportsbook terms. Casino jackpot payouts are subject to the terms of the individual game provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jbeat platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using 2jbeat for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 2jbeat is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players on the 2jbeat platform to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker-style games or match-fixing in sports betting contexts.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, exploits, or any software designed to gain an advantage over the house or other players in a way not intended by game design.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account, whether directly or through proxies, associates, or third parties, for any purpose including circumventing withdrawal limits or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for wagering purposes.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any 2jbeat intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party software providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by their applicable licence agreements with 2jbeat. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any game content accessed through the 2jbeat platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session continuity caused by network interruptions, device failure, or third-party service outages.

2jbeat's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2jbeat makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we maintain robust technical infrastructure and security measures, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service given the nature of internet-based platforms.

2jbeat collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 2jbeat platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 2jbeat includes registration information, identity verification documents, payment transaction records, gaming activity logs, and device and usage data. This data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, complying with our licensing and legal obligations, and providing customer support. 2jbeat does not sell player data to third parties.

2jbeat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 2jbeat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2jbeat may suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or a request by a regulatory authority. Upon termination for a valid reason other than breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your nominated payment method within 10 business days.

You may close your 2jbeat account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
